Ingredients for Balti Vegetable Curry:
4 cups of vegetables of your choice.
2 cups of Balti Sauce.
Salt to taste.
Chopped fresh cilantro and garam masala for garnish.
Add some cooking spray to a pan and heat.
Add the vegetables and stir fry for five minutes.
Add the Balti Sauce and cook until hot and bubbling.
Simmer for fifteen minutes until vegetables are cooked through and tender.
Add salt to taste along with a Garnish of cilantro and garam masala.
Curry is reddy now.
Serve on a bed of basmati rice.
